Karen Morgan

Karen joined CLS in December 2003 to assist in managing the Cincinnati office with Dr. Harrison.

Prior to joining CLS, Karen was with Senmed Medical Ventures, a corporate venture capital firm, where she was responsible for financial management of Senmed's more than $100 million venture capital and technology licensing portfolio. She served as a member of the Senmed Investment Committee investing over $23 million in 12 companies and was responsible for all legal aspects of closing over 50 private placement transactions and several licensing deals. Karen represented Senmed on several boards of directors and she served as chief financial officer of five start-up companies that raised $60 million in equity. Karen started her career at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Karen holds an MBA from American University and a BA with honors in economics and business from Catholic University.
